When hiring one of our inflatables the following terms and conditions will apply:
As the hirer it is your resposnibility to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury to users and damage to the inflatable. The hirer will be responsible / liable for any injuries or damage that are caused by misuse or reckless use of the inflatable. Persons using the inflatables do so at their own risk. These guidelines are for the safety of all users of the inflatable and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to at all times. Whetstone Castle Hire cannot accept any responsibility for any injuries or damage however caused.
Please ensure we have free and easy access to erect the inflatable on to clean flat lawn. Please be advised that if we arrive and there be insufficient space or the lawn is unsuitable full payment is still required. Whetstone Castle Hire reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time e.g. severe weather conditions.
Payment is required upon delivery of the inflatable. Cancellations within 48 hours of the date of hire will be subject to a 50% charge of the total cost of the hire.
1. The inflatable has an age limit of 11 years. Any child taller than the inside wall is not permitted to use
the inflatable. No-one over the age of 11 years is to use the inflatable, especially adults.
2. A responsible adult must supervise children at all times when the inflatable is in use.
3. No signs are to be hung, glued or taped to the inflatable.
4. Do not allow anyone on the inflatable whilst inflating / deflating.
5. Children are not allowed to climb, sit or hang on the walls of the inflatable.
6. All shoes, jewellery and sharp objects should be removed before using the inflatable.
7. No food or drink is allowed to be consumed on the inflatable.
8. Children with their face painted are not allowed to use the inflatable. No party poppers, streamers or silly
string to be used on the inflatable. All of these products can stain the inflatable and you the hirer are
liable for the full cost of cleaning or repair.
9. No pets are allowed on the inflatable.
10. No smoking, fires or BBQ's to be used near the inflatable.
11. Do not allow children to bounce on the safety step. The safety step is to aid access on / off the
inflatable.
12. Occassionally you should check that the inflatable is still securely pegged down.
13. In the event of heavy rain / high winds the inflatable should not be used and switched off.
14. Never switch the blower off or on whilst the inflatable is in use.
15. Ensure the inflatable is not over-crowded. 15x15 = 8 max, 12x14 = 6 max, 11x15 = 6 max, 14x8 ball
ponds 5 max. Try to avoid large and small chldren using the inflatable at the
same time.
16. Please remember if the inflatable is damaged or dirty when collected the hirer is liable for the full
costs of repair or cleaning.
17. The hirer has full responsibility for any injuries that may occur during the use of the inflatable. It is
advised that people with neck or back problems do not use the inflatable.
