There are no restrictions on the notice we require for a booking, however to avoid disappointment we advise you to book as early as possible.
Generally most parties are held in the afternoon. We will arrive between 9am to 11am to delivery and set up your inflatable. Inflatables will normally be collected approximately 1 hour after your party ends.
No deposit is required.
Our preferred method of payment is cash upon delivery of the inflatable. We do accept cheques although payment will be required 7 days in advance.
In the event of you needing to cancel your booking you should give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations within 48 hours of the date of hire will be subject to 50% charge of the total cost of hire.
If the inflatable has an attached roof it will be possible for you to continue use during a light shower. In the event of a heavy shower or persistent rain the inflatable must not be used for safety reasons.
Ideally gardens should have a flat garden, however if there is a minor slope it still may be possible for you to have an inflatable.
To allow for the safe erection and to avoid damage to the inflatable we will require 5 feet of free space at the front and rear of the inflatable and 3 feet either side of the inflatable.

Yes, you will be provided with guidelines for the safe use of the inflatable.
